Let’s talk about increasing your audience {engagement}✔️

So I know we think "why would anyone care what I have to say or what I look like?" I definitely thought this at one point. But it's a lie I believed.💡

The truth is, your followers, past, current and future clients actually are interested in what you have to say!! For real!! Think about this...why do most people love watching reality tv shows? Because for some reason, we get invested into their tv life and look forward to the next episode.✨

This works the same way with your followers. When you show some of your personality through an Instagram post and chat about what's going on in your life, with a photo of you attached, your engagement sky rockets!🚀

Don't just take my word for it. You can scroll through my Instagram and see the posts I receive the most engagement on is photos of me!📸 .

So now here are some practical ways to go about starting this today!

1️⃣ Get some updated photos of yourself!
2️⃣ Create a plan: how often would you like to post on Instagram per week.
3️⃣ Apps make everything easier, right? Well I have an app for you! Planoly is an app where you can actually create all of your Instagram posts for the week or month and schedule them to post.
4️⃣ Every Instagram post doesn't have to have long written content, but make sure it's intentional. Ex. Share some interesting info on the real estate market, share how they would benefit from working with you, describe the experience the client will receive working with you, etc...
5️⃣ Create a reason for your audience to interact with you. At the end of your Instagram posts, ask your audience a question! Give them a reason to reply in the comments. I love doing this! 💢 Start engaging! 💢
